Our founder Mümtaz Emeksiz, who met with the tourism, transportation and automotive sectors while working in the Yeşilhan tourist facilities operated by the Emeksiz dynasty, who settled in Eskişehir from Emirdağ in the 60s, has invested in these sectors for years.

Emexgroup, whose foundations were laid with the international transportation sector in Eskişehir in the 70s, entered the tourism sector with emexotel in 2004, after automotive importation in Istanbul in 1986 and started to operate its first investment, emexotel Istanbul, as a project of MASE İnşaat, the construction company within the group. In 2008, Emexotel Kocaeli gained tourism by acquiring all shares of the Grand Yükseliş hotel, which was the only five-star hotel in Kocaeli and the region at that time. emexotel still serves Turkish tourism with its five star quality and more than 20 years of hotel management experience.
